June 28th... I used to hate this day. My ex girlfriend made this day hell for me. So i would just Get trashed... Well i have matured. I havent drank in almost 11 months! and havent done any drugs in over a year! Kristen has changed my mind about this day. She has already made it an Amazing birthday and its only about an Hour into the day. This girl is my soulmate. I am so loved, admired, respected and never taken for granted. And i have the same feelings towards her. i have recieved more love from her than i have ever had even as a child from family (except maybe Grammy) OMG as im writing this she just brought me a bowl of ice cream with cut up bananas, crushed walnuts and chocolate syrup and is now giving me a foot massage with lotion!

Life is good today.
