Whats the fault code number?
The tcc release circuit contains the Torque Convertor Clutch solenoid valve.
So depending on the number of thr code it could be on all the time or off or who knows??

There is a micro switch at the brake pedal for TCC release. When you depress the brake pedal the PCM releases the TCC. Is this possibly the ckt? Welcome to BC.

The TCC release switch is part of the transmission fluid preassure manual valve posistion switch. It is mounted on the transmission valve body.
Check your transmission harness and connector.
Have you been having any troubles with the car other than the code?
How are the tranny'* shifts? What condition is the fluid?
