Direct Replacement for Fog Lights?

Default Direct Replacement for Fog Lights?
Are the Hella Optilux 2500 Driving Lights set with Angel Eyes a direct replacement for the stock foglights on a 2000 SSEi? If so, how do they perform and how hard are they to install? I see they are on eBay for $59.

They should use your stock brackets. Although I'm not 100% sure on that. I believe they do. Easy enough install.
