Default Good replacement for Fog Lights

Can anyone recommend an affordable, yet good, replacement for the fog lights on a 98 SE? The reflector coating in one of mine is rusted out (Hooray for Minnesota winters ), and I'd like an affordable replacement (other than the obvious "hit the junkyard" route)

Some people here are running the "Blazer" series lights now, and theyre supposed to put out quite a bit more lighting than the stockers. do a search on the forum and im sure youll come up with somthing :P

Left, driver'* side. I used to really like Junkyards myself, but most of them in the Twin Cities here have gotten away from the U-Pull_it idea. Probably due to theft and insurance problems.

If anyone aroung the MN Twin Cities know of a good U-Pull-It lot, let me know!!

Low, I'm scratching your back, you scratch his. I run the Something-or-other Navigators. Slightly smaller in diameter than the stock lights, identical to the Blazer 3200'*. All great lights, and cheaper than stock replacements. The two stock lights are identical left to right on the SE, including the brackets according to my book. For the SSE and SSEi, the lights differ, but not the lamp itself, just the brackets. So to sum it up, the SE uses the same bracket left and right, and the SSE and SSEi use different brackets on each side, totally different than the SE, but the lamp itself is identical between all models, and can be interchanged seperately.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
GM PART # 16514760 *
CATEGORY: Headlamp Housing/Capsule
PACK QTY: 1 CORE CHARGE: $0.00
GM LIST: $67.75
OUR PRICE: $40.65
DESCRIPTION: LAMP

That'* for one LIGHT, minus the bracket, good for SE, SSE, or SSEi from www.gmpartsdirect.com

I plan to make the initial "meet and greet" and the BBQ. Don't know about the cruising. I work the night shift, and Sunday is right in the middle of my week. It'd be neat, tho, to meet some of the members and see thier cars.

Of course, I haven't run any of this by the missus yet, so...

Great info, thanks!! For that price, junkyard or aftermarket definitely look like the way to go, huh? Well, hopefully CrazyDriver can hook me up!
