just a little fyi....ac delco oil filters have changed due to what i hear ac delco getting sold off? anyways delco branded filters are now made by champion labs the same as the crappy service champ oil filters. compare a genuine ac filter and compare the weight and the top of the filter where it screws on as well as inside at the lack of perforated core. the new one is cheesy. anyone else run into this???

I'm operating on memory here, but I believe a few websites where oil filters have been disassembled and compared for surface area, matrix quality, backflow valve quality, etc., found the Champion filters to be quality especially for the price--they make the Walmart house brand filters.
