Default Broken seat belt

Another trivial problem but here it is. One of the seat belt latches in the rear seat drivers side is broken. Is this something the dealer needs to replace free of charge or am I on my own? I am assuming one bolt and I can change it out. Also noticed the center is different then the outside ones probably to avoid putting the belt into the wrong one.

Which one do you need and in what color. There'* a couple 00+ at the yard I'll be going to Friday and can probably pick one up at a reasonable cost.

Thanks for the offer but I have yards close. For some reason I thought seat belts had lifetime warranty on them. They do not want private parties working on them for liability reasons.
