Guys-don't waste mony on new regulators. These things are poorly designed and a new one won't last you any longer than your last one. I had luck finding a guy in NY that rebuilds them and stabilizes all the GM BS weak crap in them. Never had a problem with any of the ones he re -did for me. I think the name of the place is A1 window regulators. His price is right, too - $55,-shipped!!!

I'm not looking forward to this, but fortunately my roommate is a welder and confident that we can fabricate better parts (much like the poster above referenced).

Are there any other recurring, annoying problems that I shoud be aware of? Any unusual maintenance that needs to be scheduled?

Aside from the trunk leak situation...I'll check the bolts for that tomorrow lol
