yeah that sounds like something i shouldn't attempt but thanks for somewhere to start at instead of just guess i am going to call tomorrow and try to get my car in before the end of the week and have that looked at

That fuse is a big one to check. I'd do that first if you feel comfortable.

i checked it tonight it was in their very snug it took some force to pull out so i am guessing thats no my problem

Maybe he'* talking about the MAF (Mass Air Flow) Sensor. Mine did the same thing when my sensor went. Irractic ideling, shutting off at stop lights or anytime actually. You'll need to get the car scanned by a TECH II, which usually means a GM dealer. My SES light didn't come on until the very last day I was experiencing the problem. You can also try disconnecting the sensor to see how it runs then.

No, that'* not the one. The other one that isn't the MAF or the TPS on the TB. Sounds like this is probably the Crank sensor from what the gearheads are saying. Never had to deal with that one yet.
