We are going to need a bit more info to be helpful.

Does it sputter, simply die, how long until restart etc?

We can list 100'* of things from fuel filter to crank sensor and even a bad ground. Please tell us what diagnosis you have done and we can help better from there.

well if you have the stock ecu, then its confused right now. its not programmed for the extra boost. i would use that scan tool and be certain you have to KR issues.

and that 93 pcm will run the eng with a complete loss of cam signal. it goes to the last setting when it last had a cam signal and uses that as a default. but still only gets 1 out of 6 pulses right (says the fsm).

but what exactly does ur car do when it dies, and how long before it will start back up?

The added boost won't cause it to stall and isn't confusing the computer.

The different transmission with different gear ratio is probably causing the TCC issues and possibly a couple others. Not the stalling issue though.

I'd suggest fixing the cam signal issue.

As for the stalling.. the biggest problem we find that causes this is battery cable corrosion. Remove and clean all cable ends from both the battery and other ends. Remove the bolt and boots from the cables to clean them and reinstall the boots and bolt before reattaching at the battery end. You will also want to remove your coil packs and clean the plate under them.

Listen to "The Boost"

I had the same problem and the cable cleaning made it go away.

edited (ps -- if the battery cable cleaning doesn't work, then start going through the ground connections -- there'* a bunch and they are well documented in the forums if you do a search. Use BillBoost37 and willwren as authors. "Boosty" says he is not only the president of the "clean up your ground connections" club, but is also a member :? Even if all that work doesn't do the job, it'* great preventitive maintenance for the old cars we want to keep going forever )
