Unhappy 00' Bonnie Whining - Always Something, Bonnie Got Stolen, Found it Roughened Up badly

So My car got stolen, after It was found, The cowards and idiots drove the Power Steering dry, so Now I have to change the power steering pump (and Probably My Rack & Pin for the 2nd Time).
But anyway, My Problem at the moment that I need help/guidance with is what this annoying loud a** whining could be. It seems to be coming from the AC Clutch looking like type thing on the alternator where the Belt rides on (Sorry Idk what its called, someone could tell Me), how do I make this guess, well, bcos when I sprayed it with Oil it quieted down for a sec and starts back up, But I could be totally wrong.
I also though it could've been My belt, but, My belt is in perfect condition. So I'm clueless ad to which way to start diagnosing. Please help.

I shot a lil video of it, if it makes any

Take the belt off and spin the individual components until you find one that doesn't spin freely/smoothly. With all that noise you should be able to find it easily.

Most whining on the 2000-2005 Bonneville is a wheel bearing/ hub. Will sound like a engine or trans issue.

I agree on taking the belt off and feeling pulleys out.

I would almost be willing to put money on an idler/tensioner pulley though.

His video is of the vehicle in park with the hood open. Pretty sure that whine is not coming from a wheel bearing/hub.

I failed to listen to the video and instead posted a problem I have found to be a very common source of whining in a 2000-2005 Bonneville that often makes a drive think of a engine/ trans issue.
