Is it possible to switch a rear window motor with my drivers side windowmotor?my drivers side doesnt work and its starting to get hot and the engine heat just stores up on the drivers side. I dont have the money to replace it or is it just not worth the hassle to do something like that?

Just swapping the switches shouldn't be a problem, far as I know anyways.

I just checked the part numbers for front and rear motors on the same side, and they are identical, so yeah, they're interchangeable.
