When i take off normal speeds and my trans shift from 1st to 2nd and its a jerk in betweeen sometimes or do i need a trans mount?

Slipping can only be determined by using a scantool, except in sever cases. Sounds like you have a sticky shift solonoid or a bad mount. Does it change with the temp of the engine/trans?

yeah. It always change regardless how warm or cool the car is. The hard shift is the same way. I hope its just a bad mount.

A solonoid sticking is usually more apparent when the trans is cold. I recall you talking some time ago about a possible bad mount? Shaking?

Sounds like the symptoms I had and when I had my tranny rebuilt they told me that the mount was bad (which I knew already) so I had them change it when they were in there and it came out a ton better. Try it by stepping hard on the gas and then off to see if it makes that noise. You can also get a buddy that trusts you (or that you trust) to put their foot on the break while pressing on and off the gas while you observe the engine compartment for sound and movement.
