ok when i press on the gas now i hear a whine.....i dont know what it is...sounds like from exhaust area or from the front...so i dont know if its a weld on my muffler gettin bad or what...anyone have idea...its really high pitch and not hte intake.

There are shields that protect the underbody and the interior of the car from heat generated by the exhaust. Sometimes they become loose or fall down on the exhaust system.

When the belt tensioner went on my dads 96 Ultra it was a hella loud whining noise.

I would just slap it on the fender!

If my girl starts whining I just slap her and she stops, maybe it will work in this case!!

Just kiddin, but seriously, I would check your alternator. Mine loves to make a whining noise!
