Remove the hushpanel above the passenger footwell.

The PCM is a silver looking aluminum box with 4 connectors going to it.

I so much like the location of the 97 se pcm much better...in the hot engine compartment...in a plastic box that holds water...thats held down by 6 inch long wingnut bolts that thread into steel bushings that corrode and spin in a plastic housing...

Oh, I thought the 95 L36 ECM was in the engine bay like the rest of the L36'*.
