The quad driver controls quite a few things like EGR Realy, fan relays TCC solenoid(?). a search will reveal alot of info. Sorry I can't really help troubleshoot that issue further.
The TPS high voltage is when the TPS is feeding the pcm a voltage higher than the pcm allows. This is cause by a short in the wiring, a defective TPS, or, if recently replaced, a misadjusted TPS (if yours is adjustable. I'm not sure which year they stopped that)

would it be possible that the computer and/or the ICM are bad and that would throw those codes and cause it to run ruff?
Just went out and cleared the codes and while it was running I applied the brake and the SES light came on, I rechecked the codes and all I got was the Quad driver fault !
