Ignore code 58. It'* a known bug in the 92 PCM'*.

Please check Techinfo (after you update your signature) and reference your other two codes.

Take the time to get familiar with Techinfo. It can help you with most common issues.

The quad driver controls quite a few things like EGR Realy, fan relays TCC solenoid(?). a search will reveal alot of info. Sorry I can't really help troubleshoot that issue further.

The TPS high voltage is when the TPS is feeding the pcm a voltage higher than the pcm allows. This is cause by a short in the wiring, a defective TPS, or, if recently replaced, a misadjusted TPS (if yours is adjustable. I'm not sure which year they stopped that)

Keep in mind that several are in the process of travelling to the national meet called WCBF so help may be slower than normal.

The good news is TECH INFO and SEARCH still work just fine.

would it be possible that the computer and/or the ICM are bad and that would throw those codes and cause it to run ruff?

Just went out and cleared the codes and while it was running I applied the brake and the SES light came on, I rechecked the codes and all I got was the Quad driver fault !
