If i start the car and put it in drive let off the brake real quick the dash dings at me and the car wants to die?????

Let'* keep this to one problem at a time please. It will just make this a mess

Let'* deal with the engine wanting to die here...we need some more specifics please. Any check engine light?
Last time you did a tuneup?

Noe check engine lights just a ding sound, as for a tune up i replaced the sparkplugs with Bosch Platnum III

The problem could be the overpriced crap plugs that were installed, sorry to say.

no i dont think that could be it it runs great but like i said befor it ONLY wants to stall or does stall when i put it in drive and let off the brake quick, if i put it in drive and wait a few seconds then let my foot off the break it moves just fine!

Check for vacuum leaks.

Because you are having a mechanical issue with your car, this would stay here...
Start a new thread on the headlights in the General section.
Then come back and edit the title for this one to reflect the current problem.
