Exclamation ugh...front suspension problems

can somebody post pics of what the driver side wheel well and the passenger side wheel well should look like? specifically pics of the sway bar. i think that the sway bar has rotted off of our bonneville and i need to verify this asap!

Sounds like one or both of your sway bar 'end links' broke.
Is your car handling really bad?

no, its not handling especially bad but it looks like something isn't connected right with the sway bar...its kinda just hanging in there

If your seeing the end of the sway bar....where the end link would go through..than I would have to say the the end link just broke off. Not uncommon with all the road salt and corrosion.

cheap if you do it yourself. Parts are only from about $6.99 to $16.99 for both sides.
It'* a relatively easy job to do.

I'll see about having a write up done on it ASAP for you.

Do you have a camera to take a photo of what you are seeing?

yes i have a camera, but its my girlfriend'* car and she'* never in one place long enough for me to do any major work on her car. i'll see if she can loan me her car for awhile because there'* other things that i need to work on as well.
