Default Trouble code

My 94, Bonneville will not start.
I received a trouble code P0705 which is PRNDL swicth of trans range switch on the transmission.
I want to know if any one has encountered this problem, and if so would adjusting the shift control cable solve my problem.
When I turn the key no signal is sent to the starter, but I do hear the fuel pump cycling.
The interior lights and accessories work fine.

there is two 13mm bolts on the top of the trans. those are where you adjust that switch.

i had experianced the same prob after a swap. just a quick tweak, and fired right up.
