Ok. Nothing else. I'll still get the last coil, though. 2 made a differance in other things, especially responsiveness. I'm not sure that the shudder really decreased all that much. At 55/60 it happened when the RPM guage kicked down to about 1700 but it was very subtle. Today on the way in at 65/70, it was pretty close to as it had been when it kicked down to just above 2000. I'll see if there are any new codes when I pick up the last coil pack.

I know I need more precise numbers from a scan tool to show more. One of these days there will be a great deal on eBay.

Well its a 1994 Pontiac Bonneville with the 3800 , and is not supercharged. I also found out by the lady that used to own it has had 7 alternators put in it since she bought it brand new in 94(is this normal?)not counting the baterries. I dont know if this has anything to do with it? I was told to unplug the the battery for a few minutes and then plug it back up but the only thing this done for me was locked my stereo. Most likely you can tell im not a big "mechanic" when it comes to cars, so i dont know what to do. Im gonna try to find a place that do the scantool thing. Does autozone do it? oh by the way the car mostly does this going up hills and at low rpm'*. when u are goin around 40 m.p.h and up
