I was wondering which design timing damper I have on my 92 SE, I know there are two different designs but i dont know which mine is.

Timing damper? You mean harmonic balancer (crank pulley)? If it'* original, it'* the old design. How to tell the difference with it on the car, I don't know.

Timing chain dampener maybe? I know there'* two designs of that... I just bought both and installed the matching one.

im talking about the timing chain tensioner, damper, whatever you want to call it.

Dame, do you remember which design yours was? I could buy them both but they only have one in stock and it would take a week to get the other one so it would be nice to know in advance.

Mine was the one with the long threads, like 1" or so.
