Default is there a way to get trouble codes from my 95 se

i found in techinfo that you can get trouble codes by jumping the pins an dgrounding them. my question is if there is a way to get the trouble codes from my 95 like this or anyother way without the actron cp9110.? i found one on ebay im bidding on but finishes in 3 more days and i dont want to wait or even no if ill win the auction.

is there any membors close to me near pa or in pa that has the actron cp9110 and can help me.. ill buy lunch and beers . ( or sodas)..
