alot of the problems with the tranny surging under load ect... have to do with the valve body in the trans, mine was doing that, i replaced all my coils, plugs,wires, and ended up finding out it was the darn tranny, i don't know what it cost to update the valve body as was done on mine, as it was still under warnty from aamco. Definetly get your car scanned and get it'* .02

hey,

i just bought a '97 LeSabre Limited...same tranny as an n/a bonnie? same engine...but not sure about the tranny...i also was surprised to see that the Sabre was about 5 pounds lighter than the sc bonnie~~>~?!?!? is this true?

"Up and down" means rpms and not the whole engine, right?

That code means that your large EGR solenoid is not responding correctly. Could be a restricted passage in the EGR, or bad EGR solenoid. Could also be an electrical problem with or at the EGR.

I thought the 4T65E is the factory application ONLY on the supercharged 3.8L (L67) for all the cars (Bonne, Lesabre, and Olds88 /Regency) and the 4T60E is the factory application on all the others 3.8L ( L36) and 3.1L ( L82) ???
