How did you pull the codes? You need a scantool to do that...
yes i used my dads scantool. it is a OCT4000 Enhanced, we ran it a couple of times, no data for each time

how'* your coolant level? how'* the oil look?
coolant is a little low in the reserve tank, but its fine
the oil is great, its 2000 miles into its last oil change

Is that scanner OBD-1 compliant, or just OBD-2?

he said it was basically made to be an obd2, but he thinks that the scanner is not picking up on something. ill be doing a post in a couple of minutes in the forced induction forum, check that out. ill get a link in here when i get it done

OK, here is the problem. Your car is OBD-1 compliant and you are trying to use an OBD-2 scantool on it. Many have made this error before with the 94/95 Bonnevilles. What you need is an OBD-1 scantool with a 16-pin cable.
