We aim to educate.

The thing about learning from the masters is knowing to not blink. I shut my eyes for half a second and my fuel rails were at Bill'* feet.

You got lucky I didn't kick them.

Dan.. you still have hope and that'* good, let'* keep one thing in mind though as we discuss what this may/may not be.

FALSE KNOCK DOES NOT HURT BEARINGS, it only pulls timing/power. I'm really pushing that one into the bold etc because it'* a key point that we all can not lose sight of. False knock only hurts power output by pulling timing. It will and can not hurt a motor. In Dan'* case his motors are being hurt.

Dan.. I have a good HD precision TC if you need to buy one. I am wiling to sell for half price.

The bearings may have been caused by starting before fully priming the oil pump. This last build I cranked until the battery was low. And I put assembly lube in the pump. So those problems may not be related.

PM me about the TC. Still have a few things to take care of first.

I've seen too many guys put fire right to them from the beginning w/o cranking for prime to think that. Sure maybe once..not this many times though.

PM on way.

Hey I'm just saying with this knock mystery now. He could be switching cams, sensors, and what have you while trying to hunt down this knock.
