ok a problem has just started on my car. i drive 8- 12 miles to work and i guess my car heats up and a problem starts to occur where it sounds like my car is spittin out air through a pipe under my car. u can hear it perfectly when i open the driver door and when i press the gas it stutters and makes the air sound like when u press the gas on a go-kart....i dont know about use guys but i dont want my v-6 sounding like a go kart so any suggestions i also let the car cool down and it didnt do it *as much* but 5 min into drivin it would do it again...

inspect ur cat carefully, and check for pcv leaks

I would also inspect the joint between the rear exhaust manifold and the down pipe.

Chances are the seal could be finally wearing thing.

its a def exhaust related.....im thinking the DP like Nate said that the cat is shot and blown open
