I had to use a 24" breaker bar with two 10" extensions to get the damn bolt off. It actually wasn't as bad as I expected. I used some penetrating oil I'm going to give a lot of credit to.
Awesome write up on the removal of the HB.
Although, I did ruin a screwdriver in the flywheel but I'm okay with that.

The car runs! Well to come to a conclusion for anyone else who has this problem now or in the future, it was one of two things that kept the car from starting, either the crankshaft position sensor or the there was a torn up belt weaved through the harmonic balancer.
I took off the HB and there was a torn up belt weaved through the 3x and 18x plates. It was almost the perfect size to be a gasket of some kind for the HB, so this being my first time I took it into Autozone and asked them if it was something that needed replacing. They said it was part of an old drive belt. I replaced my drive belt in July and it'* still in mint condition, so I'm not sure about that, but it'* possible I suppose. That could explain the rough starting problems I have had. It started right up the first time, we'll have to see if the familiar long cranking comes back.
Now onto my electrical problems.. I'll put it in another thread.
Thanks everyone for all the help. This site rocks.
