hey so i'm having the same problem right now, well have had this problem for a long time.. but anyways my mechanic found that three of my fuel injectors were bad and he replaced them and it ran excellently for a week but started running bad again today. so im gonna go ahead and replace the remaining three fuel injectors an i think that should do it.

When the car engine is cold, try removing the egr valve and look for carbon deposit build up. Even just a little can cause the valve to stick and cause all sorts of problems. Scrap and wipe out the carbon deposits. Make sure the valve plunger moves easily. I've sprayed a spot of WD40 in there. Reinstall. Hopefully, this will help.
