No, that'* a failure indication. Your owner'* manual will detail this. If it doesn't go off within a few seconds of starting, and stays on for a few minutes, you have a fault in the system.

It'* usually the tamper detector on one of the 3 lock cylinders. Front doors or trunk lid. There'* a recent post (last few days) where I talked Allmachtige through this. I had the same problem last year.
