I have to replace my wiper motor for a 93 bonneville and there are these bolts that are not bolts that i can not get off and my haynes manual does not say squat on how to get them off its the three that hold the wiper motor to the car

you'll have to give me til tomorrow to take a look at this and get info. I did it on my parts car, and probably have the old one I can get pictures of, plus the one on my car.
