Default Remove the rear manifold on a Transport-3.8L -95

Need to remove the rear exhaust manifold on a 3.8L -95 Pontiac Transport.

Obviously it is impossible, however my thoughts was to lower the rear of the frame, to get some more space.
Now is it "just" to disconnect the steering column and loosen those two rear bolts (left and right side), support it with a jack and lower it some 50-100mm, or is there something else to think of?

Not knowing the bay of the transport, is it possible to remove the front dogbone(*) and rock the motor forward at all?

Barring that, lowering the subframe you would have to be sure that none of the PS lines were hanging up and any electrical harnesses that may be attached to it.

Then just lower the subframe and support it well and off you go.
