Default Underlying steering problem

I'm about to change my passenger'* inner tie-rod end for the 3rd time in a bit over a year. First time I did it, I changed all ball joints, inner and outer tie-rods in the front and everything held just fine.

Why could cause this particular one to be so fragile?
