If you touched the PCM,

Glad you didn't. If that didn't work for you, there'* a difference between the years which wouldn't surprise me in the least.

We need someone with an FSM for 99 to look it up.

actually, this method DOES work. just during the day though. at night, the sensor turn on the lights anyways

you can turn off your twillight by moving the slider behind the headlight **** untill it clicks

not for me, that works when car is parked but as soon as u take it out of park the lights come on.

Yup, whenever the car is removed from "Park" and there is little light the headlights will turn on. I think there is a way to trick the twilight sensor, don't remember what though. :?
