Why are you pulling a plug off of your PCM? And did you know your car won't run with it pulled?

Keep in mind that there is also a twilight sensor. If it'* so dark your headlights will come on no matter what.

Could be it.......we could do that at a hospital sometime for fun.

ForeverSilent, put down the gun and step AWAY from the PCM. It has nothing to do with DRL'*. And can be a VERY dangerous and expensive item to dork with.

Disable Daytime Running Lights

As told by Boseman350:

I went to the pontiac garage today and read their service manual for 10 minutes. I found that there is a resistor next to the horn on the driver'* side fenderwell. It is behind the black pcm tray and adjacent to the horn itself. It is white porcelien and has a electrical connector into it. If you yank the 2 prong wire, you now have no more DRLs.

So far it hasn't turned on any check engine lights. I haven't had the chance to test if it has any other side effects, but I doubt it does.

Good luck! If you have any more ?'* let me know.
thats what i did, i didnt touch the pcm i swear
