Default Problems with my 95 SSEi

Hi! Im new here and I have some questions. I just inherited a 1995 SSEi recently and it has some problems.

Firstly, I have Electronic Climate Control and the AC blows hot, like I can make smores hot. Im suspecting that it needs recharging but it still blows hot even if I turn the AC off and just use the fan. Could also be a vent issue cause it still blows hot even when I turn the ECC off.

Secondly, both my Touring ride and Performance ride are lit up. Doesn't really bother me that much but I'd like to see them working either way.

Lastly, my instrument panel freaks out from time to time while I'm driving. It seems to reset itself while Im driving.

Those are the only problems that I've seen so far. Otherwise the car runs exceptionally well. I have another newer car and Im starting to like this old beast over it. So I'd like to get it running perfectly.

Ive checked around the forms for answers to these problems but none of them seemed to help much. Here'* the threads Ive checked out:

https://www.gmforum.com/t277615/
https://www.gmforum.com/t271654/
https://www.gmforum.com/t275267/

All those either confused me or the links to the fixes are dead (Im getting a "Forbidden" on the links).

Did you find this one https://www.gmforum.com/t278980/

It might solve some of the electrical issues you are having. Also inspect and clean your battery terminals.

On the climate control. Pop out your glove box and look at the white arm you can see through the peep hole. Move the temp from hot to cold and back pausing 45 seconds in between for full movement of the actuator. If that arm does not move or only twitches, the air mix actuator is most likely dead and needs to be replaced.

On the touring/perf ride. Search on CCR. It was a very cool system, however once the struts are bad it'* done. The CCR struts can not be purchased and therefore the system is no longer able to be used.

Updates on my car:

My instrument panel doesn't freak out anymore. I just needed to replace the battery.

My touring and performance ride button probably won't be fixed (Oh well, Ill just get performance struts for it).

On the A/C thing I think you guys are right with the actuator being broken. I checked the glove compartment and the arm isn't moving at all when I bring the temp on the ECC to the Highest and lowest. So I took it apart and successfully removed the actuator and replaced it with another one (from another bonneville but an SSE instead of an SSEi). Now the problem is that it does move when I bring it up to the highest temp and down to the lowest temp, but not always. Sometimes when I put it to 90°F it will move but when i bring it down to 60°F it'll stay there. It'* like it gets stuck.

Another thing is, as soon as I put in the new actuator and reassembled everything back, my ABS lights are on and my traction control stays off. Did I accidentally break something by replacing the actuator? Are the controls for those even in the same area as the heater core and actuator?
