Default PCM Reader?

I hear most people on this site talking about using Autotap to read settings on their cars when diagnosing/checking. I was wondering if there is any software for the blown 3.8 that I can use with my laptop to read calibrations. I found software to use with my trans am and works wonderfully, found here: http://www.andywhittaker.com/ecu/ecu_software.htm but this particular program doesn't support the GM 3.8. I have the cable to connect to any OBDI car. So if anyone knows anything, I'd appreciate it. I finally have a laptop, now I just need the software to diagnose the problem

I have a setup from Ease Diagnostics that I use on my 95 SSEi. It will work on yours too. It costs about $300 but it will interface with your latop and give you fairly widespread readings on things.

Free, + cable. You can build a cable, or buy one on Ebay for like $15.

you might want to try AKMcables.com or wotelectronics.com for cables, thats where I got one for my Trans Am that I use.
