Default Need Help Making Decision

I am looking at a1999 Bonneville, SSE, w/SLE pkg. 54K milegae seller wants $7900. Thinking of offering $7000. Car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Absolutely no wear that I can see. Read about the intake manifold problems and that is why I am questioning myself in buying. Please give your thoughts....Should I consider this???
