if 57chevy says there may be some crap on the oil rings.. you may want to go for changing the oil + filter every tank of gas or something, I know I am doing that as soon as my baby starts seeing some more road.

57chevythunder, I completely agree with you. I am not too worried if the oil is disappearing, as long as compression and driveability are fine. And everything is good as far as I can tell. The car is quick and accelerates great, for a heavy car. Anyways, I will get a can of seafoam tomorrow and pour half into the crankcase, then change the oil in 500 miles or so. I've had great experiences with seafoam run through the induction system and into the gasoline, so I think that might help clean stuff out. As you stated, oil is cheaper than a mechanical rebuild, so I am not even worried about it. Thank you very much for your help everyone.
