Default miss, surge during acceleration

For the last week my car has been losing power like someone hit a switch to turn off everything while trying to accelerate. It would idle and give it gas and it would bog down. I looked at the usual suspects, (plugs, wires, icm, and coils) and swaped or replaced them. Nothing. Then i tried fuel issues. it came up good right where it should be. next was all sensors on top, iac, iat, tps, maf, map, o2. still nothing. last resort was cam and crank sensors. come to find out the wires in that little harness were to the point that they were all exposed and touching one another. I fixed all of the wires yesterday and haven't had any problems with it dieing or losing power at any throttle position.

So what i would reccomend to those of you who are having issues with starting or it randomly dieing or surging or lack of power during acceleration is to start with the cam and crank sensors. Check the wiring and connectors before buying parts that me not even be the cause.
