Almost has to be a fog light switch but it looks to be on the ceiling? Why in the world would it be up there

You have to have your running lights on for the fog lights to work. On my '95 the bulbs are type 880
The fog lights will turn off if your turn on your high beams on.

I felt it was out of place and dumped it. Added a homelink there and a more fitting fog light switch by the headlight switch.
