Default misfire on 96 SSEi

:?: I have a 96 SSEi that the computer code says is misfiring on cylinder 6. The traction control light on the switch goes out, the traction off light on the dash comes on and the check engine light starts flashing. It definately has a miss when this happens. I checked the plug, wire, coil and plate. Any suggestions???

i know you said you checked the wires but check them really close for cracks int he insulation or something, the damage to mine wouldve gone unnoticed if i didnt have to have flexed the wire revealing the cracked rubber
