It is designed for the Grand Prix, but it will work on the Bonneville also. DISPLAYING DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES
The only way to display diagnostic trouble codes (DTC'*) is by using a scan tool. There are no provisions for "ON-BOARD" diagnostics.

If you are referring to the switch, I have it installed now and any time the ignition is on I have the choice of manual Low speed, manual High speed, or computer controlled.

That'* pretty much it. If you decide to do it let me know and I'll help you around the Grand Prix directions. You mount the switch on a grounded screw, splice a hot wire to a key on source and splice two wires to a wire on each relay and then cut the wire you spliced them to. (put the switch inline to the relay ground)
