High speed blower fan on A/C

High speed blower fan on A/C

I have a 99 SSEi with auto climate control. It will not go to the highest fan speed on manual or auto. I have looked in the manual to see if there are any fuses or circuit breakers but no luck. Any ideas?

Yeah the light comes on but the fan doesn't kick up

Does it turn off or does it work about the same as level 4?

Try testing the voltage at the fan harness at level 4 and at level 5 and tell us what you get...
