Level control
I just went and checked all of my fuses to make sure there wasnt a bad one causing my door short and i noticed one that said "lvl ctrl" that didnt have the fuse in it so i put it in but I have no idea of what it does.
Level Control (aka ELC, Electronic Level Control) is the system that has air shocks in the back, air pump, as well as inflator in the trunk. Being an SE, and if you do not have the inflator in the trunk, you do not need a fuse there, as it is just an empty slot. You will probably notice that only one side has a contact, and the other one doesn't if you look where the fuse goes.

My 1995 vents the suspension when it'* stopped (you hear the solenoid and the hissing sound of air), so it always starts when the car starts
