Default Idler Replacement

Has anyone found a good way to change the idler that is mounted down in the Torque axis mount? Mine is squeeling after a 700mi road trip. I know it is it for sure, I made the $10 investment in the mechanics stethoscope. So, what is the official method, I need as many pics and details as possible as Im going to try to do this saturday before I work 2nd shift.

God it looks like a bitch to get out!
