Default Drive Belt Idler Pulley replacement on a '96 Regal?

How hard is it to get the old pulley off and replace it with a new one? What tools will I need other than a 15mm socket and a breaker bar? Thanks in advance.

is it a LS or GS?

if its a GS, there is only one idler pulley on the drive belt. #3, just a reverse thread 15mm bolt

Problem solved; Advance Auto parts had a misleading name for the part I needed but I got the part from them and it took all of 7 minutes to fix. The bearing had seized in the pulley. Thanks again for the help guys!
