It sounds to me like your car needs a full tune up; plugs, wires, fuel filter, air cleaner, etc. The best way to get it back into shape is to address each problem one at a time. The BCS is the first step.

This may sound a bit silly. Is the supercharger belt on and hooked up? Your car should have two belts. One is for all the accessories and the other is for the supercharger only.
