Default HOW TO ADJUST SHIFT LINKAGE

I replaced my tranny / engine .. how do I get the shift linkage adjusted. I have it set that it starts in park and neutural but my shifter (column shifter) doesn't line up. In other words when it is in neutural the indicator is between neutural and reverse.

I didn't see any adjustment on the cable ...

Default shifter

Apply the parking brake, put it in neutral and loosen the bolt at the trans linkage arm. move it to the center position notch and tighten.
