Default Horn wont stop going off!!

I was driving around downtown and my horn all of a sudden started going off. I rushed home with the horn on the whole way and disconnected both horns. I have a feeling that there is a screw or something bouncing around in there and now its in the horn. Can someone walk me through taking the steering wheel cover off without the airbag inflating in my face?

There should be a relay for that. It'* more then likely stuck. No need to open the steering wheel.

This is from a 97, so your'* may be different. The relay should be on the fire wall in the engine bay. If yours is different, then get back to us.

Just looked at the relays are there a tiny bit different than the chart. From the left there is 3: Grey,Grey,Black then there is not one and then grey, black, grey, grey. Ive been trying to look for the High speed blower relay too.
