Hey guys,
Big Bertha has had some troubles, nothing major, she seems to be hesistating after a long drive or a long trip in town, like I'll gas it a bit to turn or take off, she won't move as much as she should, then I get pissed and floor it and same thing then a second later, Big Bertha rockets off then I have to take my foot off the gas, I often thought it was the transmission but there'* no noise of any kind.
Then today I was watching "Two Guys Garage" and I saw that they said "Oh when this throttle body is nice and clean, it'll rid of the hesistation." I immediately thought of Big Bertha, could her throttle body be dirty? Is this the solution?

I had the exact same issue with our 99. I cleaned the throttle body and it didn't improve. The problem ended up being a weak fuel pump. It couldn't keep up with demand. New pump, no more problems!

Mark, sorry I didn't think all the way about the title, I just got excited because I thought I finally found the problem. This "hesistation" has almost caused me to be t-boned a few times so...
I'll clean the throttle body when it'* just a tad warmer (it'* below freezing now) and I'll check into the price of a new fuel pump. Is remanufactured or brand new better which one?
